Service & Repairs
It is important to note that damage by third-party is not covered by our warranty. If you spot the damage of your luggage when collecting it from airport, we suggest you file a claim with the airline immediately.

Wanderer Luggage's products carry a 2- 5 year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase with our authorized retailers. It is important to note that our warranty does not cover fabric/exterior shell fading, damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, mishandling, improper care; especially moving parts and wheels or any component parts, including handling by third parties. Airline damage or mishandling is also not covered by our warranty. We suggest you check your luggage for signs of damage once you have collected it from the carousel. If an airline damages your luggage, you should immediately file a claim directly with the airline. If a combination lock is provided, this warranty does not cover the inability to remember the lock's combination.
All warranty requests will be handled online only. A clear photo of the damaged part along with the original receipt is required to initiate the claim. Upon reviewing the product, Wanderer Luggage will decide whether the defect is covered by the warranty. The shipping costs are borne by the purchaser. The product must be returned to Atlas Travel Group or it's authorized service centre in new, unused condition in order to be repaired or replaced. Please make sure to follow the instruction on the website every time you need warranty. This policy could change without notice.
This warranty only applies in Canada only. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any defective products.
For repair or replacement, please fill the Warranty Claim Form below. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive a response from us. We will not process claims that are incomplete or missing required information as stated on the Warranty Procedures. Please also note that products returned to us without authorization will not be accepted for repair or replacement and will be discarded without notice. We do not accept in-person deliveries unless authorized by Atlas Travel Group Ltd.
Airlines are the most common cause of damage to luggage. Atlas Travel Group Ltd is not responsible for any damage that occurs while the luggage in transit. We strongly suggest that, should your piece of luggage be damaged while flying, you report it to the airline that you have flown with before you leave the airport. We suggest you check your luggage for signs of damage once you have collected it from the carousel.
Atlas Travel Group Ltd reserves the rights to make the final judgment on all claims. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

What does my warranty cover?
Our warranty only covers manufacturing defects, it does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example). Here is some helpful information to take into consideration when needing your luggage repaired:
Your luggage has a limited warranty which covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. Our warranty does not cover repairs resulting from carrier damage, misuse or neglect of the product, normal wear and tear, or repairs beyond the warranty period.
For warranty repair evaluation, your product will need to be evaluated by our Authorized Repair Center. Please note any shipping costs to the repair center will be your responsibility.
The Authorized Repair Center will make the final determination on the status of the product with the possible following outcomes:

If the product is repairable and covered under warranty, the product will be repaired at our expense and returned to you.

If the product is not repairable and is covered under warranty, you will be contacted via email in regard to receiving a comparable warranty replacement at no cost to you.

If the product is repairable and not covered under warranty, you may either have the product returned to you un-repaired, or have the product repaired at your own expense. This will be communicated to you by the Authorized Repair Center via email.

If the product is not repairable and not covered under warranty, you can elect to have the Authorized Repair Center send the product back to you un-repaired at your cost, or you may ask the Authorized Repair Center to dispose of the product. This will be communicated to you by the Authorized Repair Center via email.

"Service under this limited warranty is provided subject to the scope of coverage defined herein. Refunds are not available for claims regarding personal satisfaction or subjective product performance."
